Learning Administration
The successful delivery of a training course is reliant upon efficient administration of the event.
We offer our Learning Administration services as an adjunct to our learning solutions, or as a value add to clients that already have their learning materials in place but don’t have the bandwidth to organise their staff or event.
After the learning requirements have been identified, there is still the important job of organising the learning activities. Our experienced staff understand all aspects of the training delivery cycle and use a set of effective administration procedures to underpin the training function. This can include: scheduling courses and facilitators; booking venues; printing learning materials; arranging travel; consolidating evaluations, reporting outcomes, and a wide range of complimentary services.
